Time frame for reply of divorce notice

I have filed a divorce petition against my wife due to her unsound mental status resulting in frequent episodes of extremely cruel behavior towards me.
Within how many days is she legally bound to reply? What are the conditions where the 30 days period can NOT be extended to 90 days?
In Divorce petition that you had filed against your wife she hasto file her written statement within ninty days. zBut now due to covid situation unless and until the next circular comes she can file written statement beyond appropriate time.

Well, because of genuine problems only like Opposite Party's Advocate is Ill or Opposite Side has to make financial arrangements & as such , they need more time to appoint a lawyer, the concerned opposite party is not in town and it will take three months for that party to attend proceedings, because of these genuine problems , other Party or his Advocate gets successful in getting extension for filing of Written Statement, otherwise not.
