Application for Null and void marriage

08-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi I got manipulated and married to a girl who has hidden her actual age and first marriage from me. When I come to know about it and i found out this to be true. I haven't been any physical relationship or any communication. It has been 2 years now. I have already filed for null and void marriage request but didn't get any response from their family or her. Always it was remarked as not valid address. Now after 2 years she has filed and complaint about the marriage. What should I do! I want this marriage to become null and void without any headache to my family. Plz suggest!

okk since you have not lived in relationship for one day also.. so you can file for nullify of marriage as per accordingly as you have to prove that you got married two years before before so you can apply for nullity of marriage and void marriage..

sorry for the ordeal you are going through. good thing is you have to get the marriage declared nullity from a competent court. you can still present your case before the court where she has filed her case. if you can prove your case as a counter claim then you can your relief from the same court. else you can file your case independently. the choice is for you to take.

it is a very wrong step you have taken, null and void marriage takes place by way of contested divorce you should have trapped them properly before even initiating a case of null and void, it will take years to complete this and need more facts to guide properly
