How to take first step in reply to divorce notice

My hus sent a divorce notice with all false statement s..we r married since past eight years had doughter of seven yrs.i taught suing a dowry case on him .being know this purposefully he sent notice also i received notice..ow how can I prove myself he is giving false statement s and what can I take my my next step..he is not a rich person ..

better file case against there family members including your husband name and file case for domestic violence case and even you can go for maintenance case and ask for alimony if you go for mutual divorce they won't pay you amount

if your husband is high having some kind of job or income you can ask for maintenance or One one one time settlement of alimony. even after drivers etc is a duty to provide for maintenance and education to his her daughter till she becomes a major. handover the matter of negotiations to a lawyer.

Hii as you asked there are two type of divorce one mutual and onother one is contest..mutual divorce is good for both by settlement. if not possible you can forward by contesting in your district family court. meanwhile you can ask for maintainance from him under dv act

if sent divorce notice thourg court are advocate if court notice then you can appear in court ethire by way off court we can send notice better immediately cģjjjjjjjjjjjjkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkjjjjjjjjjjjjjjkkkkkkjjjjj

It is very easy for you to each him a lesson by filing multiple cases against him and his family members. You must give a fitting reply to the legal notice sent by him and also file Domestic Violence case and claim interim Maintenance for yourself and your daughter immediately.

Firstly receive the entire set of copies from the court and verify the statements made by him in the petition.
Check with the documentary evidence which you can prove in the court substantially. Please make sure the evidence is absolutely in our favour
