RCR filed with false accusations made

07-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married 5 months back as per Hindu rituals. Within 2 months wife left my house due to our differences in opinion, her adjustment issues, and alleging my parent's interference. She filed RCR requesting the court to allow her to live with me - along with accusations of cruelty by me, by my parents asking for more gold, that I forced her to resign job, that I have been taking some medicines regularly before marriage, that I pushed her down to floor when she came to the house to request living together. I have evidence to prove these allegations wrong. Court has asked to appear before them next month. I don't wish to continue in this relationship. - What should be my course of action? - What would be the consequences of her allegations being proved wrong? Will rcr filed by her be canceled if allegations are proved wrong? - does the court consider such false allegations with the same seriousness as filing a domestic violence case? Can I file a defamation case against her?

you can file defamation case against your wife and as it comes for rcr it's not a big case all the cases related to rcr will be dismissed if you don't want to continue the relationship you can file for divorce and defamation case against your wife and their families so that if you make there parents party they need to come to court so settlement will be soon

Dear Sir,
You have to contest RCR case and you are not suppose to file divorce case till expiry of one year from the date of marriage. In exceptional cases divorce can be filed within one year on the grounds of non-consummation of marriage etc. You can lodge complaint with police if she has made any untenable or threatening statements against him.
