Wife tracking my phone without my consent.

My wife is not staying with me from last 9 months.. she is in contact with my friend. She mentioned in messages that she is tracking my phone and calls and location. Also she has written that she will not divorce me and will go abroad and leave me here alone.
She also mentioned that some one from my mobile company is providing all details of my calls to her... What can i do here. I am stuck and wants a divorce but the law does not allow men to seek divorce. If i say i want a divorce i have to pay money
tracking calls without your permission is a crime unless there is written permission granted frim authority. and who said men cant taje divorce? desertion is ground too. if you need more information then feel free to contact.

wife deserting for without any reason amounts to cruelty which is one of the several grounds for succeeding the divorce petition. it is ur misconception that law doesnot allow men to seek divorce. alimony is always payable by husband to his wife at the time of final decree of divorce however if u succeed in proving that wife has left without any cause then their are likely chances that you have to pay nothing to your wife.
