My husband and I are Hindu and seeking a divorce but our marriage isn’t registered. We don’t have a marriage certificate so do we still file for a divorce or it can be just nullified on mutual grounds.

hi, if your marriage is not registered still u should obtain judgment and decree from court, if u have original wedding card, marriage photos and address proof of both then u can file gir mutual consent divorce case which can be disposed off within a month

Q: Fraud online money extortion by unknown people portraying as police.

I got a call from unknown number stating there is arrest warrant against me for money laundering by an canara bank account registered against my name. They asked me to pay 1 Lakh rs so that RBI can track my transaction and give me a clean sheet. I have reported the incident and filed an FIR but day after is bank holiday. So bank will be freeze of fraudster after 2 days. I have fraudsters bank account number. By fighting a case in court, does it assure me that I will get my money back?

My daughter is 4+ years. She is living with me(mother) since birth. I have been financially supporting her since birth. My husband is highly manipulative and cunning man. He has sent a legal notice for RCR. I want a mutual consent divorce and want to prevent visitation rights from being given to him. How can I deny/restrict the father visitation rights ? If the visitation rights are given to the father, can custodial mother relocate for work reasons within or outside India ?
