There is no restriction in moving Abroad for seeking job I think the court has also not barred you going outside India in case you move abroad you may file your case through your attorney or advocate however At the time of evidence or cross-examination your presence is necessary. But moving to outside India will not influence your case in any manner you may call me for further details the answer is dictated it may have some grammatical or typographical error thank you

Hi,

You can work abroad , there is no restrictions due to FIR as you are the complainant in the above said matter .
Your husband cannot put any restrictions nor he can file complaint based on this action .
But you need to be present for DV and other matters in which you are complainant.

Thanks and regards

You can file a divorce proposal and give your mother a power of attorney to prosecute and conduct the case on your behalf in your absence. There is no restriction on you travelling abroad to work during the divorce proceedings.
