Protect from 498a and false complaints

My wife left home without intimation and file false 498a against on my family 3 years back, case is running in court trail. She don't have proof. now she said with their lawyer want to come home,but ishe wanna coming to strong the case only. Recently file a complaint on us about her things, that also false and try to convey with their elders and lawyer, either not take her to home, their lawyer warns us to intensively put entire family in jail. Is this offence considerable & how to complaint

have u hired an advocate regarding your 498a case , and when you opposite advocate warning what he is doing , did he take any action or not....approach us if your advocate is not supporting you awe will help you in 498a case by filling quash case in high court and we get relief from these cases
