My husband sent me divorce notice, I haven't received yet but i got a notice that I should attend the court may be tomorrow I might get the notice. Should I file the fir tomorrow or should I wait for the hearing? My in laws and husband not allowing me to enter the house, and my husband changed house with all my furniture and things. He is not saying the address, can we file 420 case with this dvc and 498? it is one and half years to our marriage, he is keep on harassing for my salary and bet me and thrown out , i have complained in women's police station but he keeps on escaping by asking dates. Can I file fir now under dvc and 498a? Or should I attend court first then file a case?
yes madam I suggest you to file a case under the relevant section of Law. work out with your rights. 1st file FIR. then do the case of the case. secondly I suggest you to approach an advocate for all ur cases. file for divorce, dvc with respective reliefs.
