What to do if have not received any summon

My husband has a drunk driving case on him. we did not receive any call or summon from court so was not attending. recently we tried finding the case status online and found that for past 10 dates the case has been adjourned with reason accused absent. we have noted the next date and will be there in the court but we are really acared as what will be the circumstance of being absent from court on all the dates. please suggets.
your query shows that you were aware that court proceedings are going on that is the very reason you checked the case status online. there is no excuse to say that you were totally unaware of the case. You need to appoint an advocate give all details and let the advocate do his/her work. it has to be done before the next date. There is no need to be scared of. 1. If no summons was received by you then you have nothing to worry;
2. The court will ask you and you can make up another excuse, medical emergency etc.;
3. If you are ready to plead guilty and pay the fine then it will over in a jiffy.
