Q: JIO FIBER REFUND Not Received To My Account

Jio Fiber relocation was initiated on 01-07-2025 from Tamil Nadu to Hyderabad. Unfortunately, the Jio team could not install the connection at my new location. During the process, I made two payments: ₹1,111 from my Bank of Baroda account while initiating the relocation request, and ₹1,110.46 from my Indian Bank account during KYC verification. Later, the engineer confirmed that installation was not possible, and my request was cancelled on 08-07-2025. I received a refund of ₹1,110.46 to my Indian Bank account, but ₹1,111 has not been refunded to either of my accounts. I have contacted customer support and sent multiple emails, but there has been no resolution for over 80 days. I would like to know if I can raise a consumer complaint for this issue, whether approaching the consumer court will help resolve it, the estimated time for resolution, and whether I should file the case in Tamil Nadu or Hyderabad.

yes you can file a consumer complaint against jio and you have to show your bank also. as per your query you stated that you received . so file a complaint before the consumer commission of your jurisdiction.

in two ways you can file the case. one way is the case can be filed before the court where your jurisdiction comes. second way is to file at the centres i.e. sakhi centre. after taking the domestic incident complaint sakhi centre shall forward the complaint to the concerned court.

Q: Do we have to submit original documents in GWOP case ?

Do we have to submit original birth certificate of child , marriage certificate and aadhar as exhibits at time of decision in GWOP case … if yes in how many days will it be returned … will the court return it themselves after they are marked or we have to submit an application to get them back

you need not file original. file notarized or if the courts permits get the originals compared with zerox and they can be marked. so ask your advocate to so so. even at the time of decisions documents are not required to be filed.

how you can come to a conclusion that it's an experimental surgery. before proceeding for a surgery and when you are going for cashless surgery then as per procedure approval for surgery as per your health policy. so I suggest you to approach an advocate of ur choice with all material papers and discuss and come to a conclusion

Q: Is a customary divorce valid and final?

My in laws are asking to give 50% of the money before signing an MCD. I do not trust them at all. So my lawyer suggested me to take the route of customary divorce based on my caste. In this customary divorce we are planning to state 2 facts. 1. That we have given 50% of the money to them already.2. The rest 50% of the money will be presented in court during the mutual divorce evidence.We are assuming this is better than a mere MOU. Please comment if this is ok.

in some caste customary divorce is valid. but as per law divorce obtained from a competent court is good. so that no further complications will not be there. so I suggest you to execute an MCD and approach the court of ur jurisdiction, file and obtain divorce.
