Sir,I had filed maintenance case three years back against my husband...one year back court decided some amount of maintenance and ask him to pay the maintenance of two years...but he did not pay anything and he approached high court.now it's been one year.neither he is paying maintenance nor appearing before the court.so court order an arrest warrant two months back...but stil he is not arrested.what should I do next.?
