Q: 91crpc in Maintennance case to file perjury compliant with 340 crpc

My wife given No information and wrong information in maintenance case affidavits and assets & liabilty affidavit. I would like to file a perjury complaint under 340 crpc. there is no intern maintenance order given but I have filled 91 crpc asking all her bank statements and form 16 income tax. Can you plraese provide me what should be my next steps to file successfuly 340 crpc for perjury. is there a chance that she can witdraw her maintenance case If she try to withdraw how can i file 340 crpc

file a complaint against your wife for wrongful information and concealing her income. so you can go for a perjury against your wife by producing all the relevant documents. her claim for maintenance can be struck off. so file a separate complaint against ur wife.

Q: Wife not showing her asara pension in affidavit

my wife is getting Asara pension but not shown in affidavit,but bank statement shows she was getting asara pension from morethan 10yrs,but not shown in affidavit.can I go for 340 crpc against her.

yes you can go for a 340 crpc but at the same how much she is getting and whether it is feasible for her to maintain and for the children. but initially try to file a petition and consult ur advocate as your wife had concealed the fact of getting income source

see you need to enter into an MOU with your spouse and then file the case in the local limits of ur area. as per act it's 6months and 6 months waiting period can be waived by filing a separate petition as per family courts act.

as per will she has right. firstly property of ur GRAND FATHER is it self acquired? if it's self acquired he has right to execute will or he can even transfer to whom he wants to. as per ur query will was executed. depending on the contents of will property shall devolve on that person.

We have running a quash Case in high court we are the respondents the case Reached the bench the judge decided to dispense the petition of quash And pass the orders the petitioner's herby asked one week Time for orders the judge agreed after one week they said they placed Something called memo and they need some more time the judge agreed and gave Two weeks Time what is called memo in this particular Situation what we Can expect in That memo ....please explain

memo which was filed by your counsel before the court. so consult your advocate and ask about the memo. it's quash proceedings. without knowing about the content in the memo cannot give opinion. so let's know about the memo first
