Notice Not Served Till Now Since Very Few Days Are Left

My case got listed on dec 9 and first date came of 21 march but still defendant has not received the notice till now and notice has to be served through watsapp it was mentioned so why it is taking time they have to give 30 days time also and what will happen on 21 march
Nothing will happen on the 21st. The advocate on behalf of the defendants will file his/her vakalatnama and as far as the court summons are concerned it must be from speed post/courier also. This whole process will take time. For any other legal assistance I am just a call away.
