See it can be filed by a single lawyer appointed for all the respondents also. However, it depends up on the facts and circumstances of each case. You should take a consultation from a lawyer on this specific point after briefing him about your case.

Hello one advocate can appear for all the respondents in the DV case which means one advocate can appear for you as husband and also for your family members and can contest the case. You can discuss more details about the case to make an assessment and proceed further in the DV case.

If a criminal case is the same against both family members then a single discharge application will do for both of them and if different FIRs or cases then different discharge applications will serve your purpose. Moreover, a single advocate is competent to file the discharge application in any of the case above.

No, one advocate can file vakalatnama’s on behalf of multiple parties to a suit as long as there’s no conflict of interest.
A telephonic conversation could help better understand your situation at hand.

Yes single advocate can file two separate discharges. Need not to have another one on board. Yes if there are situations where parents dont live with son, you need separate lawyers.

Single Advocate can file all petitions for you and your family members. But I suggest you to have different advocates for different discharge petitions as it will make your case strong. When a single advocate deals with a single case, he gives much concentration to it.

Yes, single advocate can file discharge petitions for you and your family members.
There is no requirement of two advocates for two discharge petitions.
All parties who wish to apply for discharge can sign on a single vakalatnama and be represented in court by single advocate.
