Promise to marry case, (section 375+90) and actual rape 376 is filed on my friend where both were in a good relationship from August 2021 to August 2022. The girl alleges that the guy took her to a church and promised to marry in the month of december 2021 while there are no pictures of that. They both discussed marriage in month of January 2022. This boy and girl are 30+ aged and were visiting various hotels where girl and boy both booked much before alleged promise to marry. Does promise to marry case work if sex happened before ???? Girl says even if they were in same room at various hotels from August 2021 to December 2021, the boy didnt have sex with her but post promise to marry (no proof) January 2022 he raped her. She knows no medical proof will be there hence she pasted it conveniently. Is justice so blind??? All this time she was searching groom on matrimonial. You need to file an immediate reply of this legal notice, stating the correct facts. If you will not reply to them through legal notice in requisite time, this may go against you. Also, if you have not taken any loan you need not worry at all.

koie fix charge nahi hota, aapka issue ke uper depend hoga whether it is bailable offence or non bailable offence, reasonable fee will be charged depending upon the gravity of the matter, non bailable matter will be higher in charge.
