A very well crafted and fabricated FIR is given by a very well educated lady alleging of 376 on false promise to marry and she only is travelling to lukhnow to meet the guy each and everytime and the guy never went to her place in gurgaon. Now because the guy said no for marriage girl took 3 months to clearly discuss with a learned counsel and create a fabricated FIR for which she also knows there is no proof. Plus in their relationship of 6 months she placed the keyword "promise to marry" in the middle of that and proofs show that before the alleged promise to marry they are in the same room. What is your inference in this case. Fact : Girl is a senior officer in bank PO aged 38, very intelligence and saying shaadi ka jhaasa.She also gave a letter to him saying that he is good in sexual act. Does this anywhere look shaadi ka jhasa.

Hi need an urgent advise here,nI have given multiple notices to a tenant living in my property at Gurgaon. Inspite of issuing legal notice he did not vaccate it. our former lawyer advised us to change the locks as he was not responding to us. The tenant came back on the same day and broke the lock in the night and took the possession back. Also, he filed an FIR under second 380 IPC against me and my father. What should be my next steps and remedial actions.

After serving the notice for eviction, a petition for eviction under section 13 of the haryana tenancy act may be filed in the civil courts of gurugram. For a better understanding and consultation I’d need to have a look at the rent agreement and the eviction notice and other relevant documents.

My wife was staying away from 9 month, before filling the false DV case in Patiala court Delhi nher advocate Sonia demanded 3cr Rupees, 20 days before filling the case. she also said on phone call if a settlement does not happen she file a case on DV and dowry. That call got recorded. is there any judgment of the supreme court if the case if filed for extortion of money will be quashed?nnwhere to report this extortion to get justice

If any mou is signed on which it is written that dowry neither taken nor demanded can it debbared to file cases again in future if dispute arises again

Sir, the said MOU would bar litigation up until the point and day it was signed.It can not cover any future contingency, say you sign the MOU today that no dowry was demanded and given, but you end up asking for dowry the very next day, the MOU will not cover this and this event would attract litigation.For further consultation feel free to contact me.
