Can a muslim girl of Syrian nationality and a hindu boy of Indian nationality legally get married under Special Marriage Act, 1954 (SMA) in Indian court?

A secular law known as the Special Marriage Act of 1954 permits an interfaith couple to get married without either of them having to convert to a different religion. • Both parties must be mentally capable of giving free consent and of legal marriageable age, which is 18 for women and 21 for men.• The local Marriage Officer in the district where at least one of the couple has resided must receive a 30-day notice of the couple's intended marriage.

I had purchased one floor in TDI City kundli sonipat and the developer gave possession in 2012 after I paid stamp duty and all other charges demanded for conveyance deed in my favour. After getting property registration, I sold it to someone in 2016. After 10 yrs. I received a legal intimation notice by the builder that my sale was unregularised as I did not pay transfer fee and sought NOC. What should I do

First i need to go through your conveyance deed . As you said that you already paid the stamp duty and all other charges then no need to worry. Also , i need to go through the legal information notice sent to you by the builder.

I am building a website where users pay an entry fee to join skill-based mobile gaming tournaments (e.g. BGMI/Free Fire) and win cash prizes based on performance. After the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act (PROGA) 2025 came into force, is this entry-fee plus cash-prize model still legal, or is it banned as an online money game? Is there a legal structure (e.g. free entry with sponsor-funded prizes) I can use instead? I am a student seeking guidance on a compliant model.

Q: Required Court Case Filing and all Documents

I filed civil case in 2008 and that was disposed during that time. As their were no digital india facility that time due that not any paper related to that is posted as ecourt. And I want the copy of court all doucuments fined in my that case. As I check online their were total of 9 filing. It was in District COurt Bhiwani, And I want someonehelp to get that for me.

First i need your case details . Also , if you were the complainant in the case then an application needs to be put up in the court with your signature. As , matter is of 2008 then it will take some time to get the copy of the file.

Q: Mistake in colony name and covered area in sale Deed.Other document ok

Purchased flat in Faridabad on GPA.In every document (except Sale Deed) the name of colony is shown as Springfield Colony and flat covered area as 950 sq.ft, but in Sale deed colony name has been shown as Springfield EXTN. And covered area as 970 sq.ft which is not correct.How it can be corrected .Pl guide me.Thanks !
