Wife filed false 498 on me, here wife submitted some modified whatsApp chat. Also in mahila aayog wife submitted my fake salary slip to show my salary. Even yesterday wife filed application for maintenance in court with modified chat & my fake appointment letter. So which action I need to take? Under which IPC I need to file FIR? Which proof I need to collect for this?

If your wife has submitted the wrong information or documents or affidavit in the court, then this could be informed by you to the court by filing an application in this regard while mentioning that your wife has provided wrong information with mala-fide intentions.

As per the legal separation maintenance law rules, no set benchmark settlement exists for one-time settlement under maintenance law. However, It ranges from 1/5th or 1/3rd of the husband’s total worth and is paid in the form of a lump-sum amount.

Q: My neighbouring peoples not allowing me to get a water connection from

Upon moving into my flat on the 3rd floor, I discovered that there is a tubewell/borewell in the vicinity, and everyone residing before me has a water connection from this source. Regrettably, despite my sincere efforts, the existing residents are adamantly refusing to allow me access to this water connection. Shockingly, their refusal is accompanied by threats and intimidation.I believe that access to water is a basic necessity and should be extended to all residents without discrimination.

If the company or its authorized dealer is not entertaining your request, then you can approach consumer court by filing a consumer complaint to your nearest and jurisdictional consumer forum. Your every problem will be solved, and you would be compensated for the harassment.

There is only a way to get it done is to get it published in the India Government's Official Gazette, and to get this published, it has to be published in two national newspapers. An affidavit is to be prepared, which is called One and Same Person.
