Good for you, visit a lawyer do the necessary corrections send her back and ask her to sign first then you sign and file it, if you really want to end relations wives make a lot of hassle to consent mutual separation, you are lucky.

Hello,

It depends on what you want. If you are also ready for divorce then best would be go for a mutual divorce which will take less money and time. If you are not willing to get a divorce then you may apply for Restitution of Conjugal Rights. Please feel free to contact me for more detailed advice.

Do you want to get divorced? Or there is a chance of reconliation? Please make every attempt to reetitute your marital life. Do you have any issue? If your marital is no more possible to be proceeded with then check out the petition that whether there is any allegations made out against you or your in laws, if there is any allegations made dont put any signature. And take that petition to a lawyer.
