Q: If i divorce my wife what compensation for divorce do i need to pay
I am a Muslim by religion. I want to divorce my wife. I am state govt. employ. how much compensation for divorce & other expenses I have to pay to my wife at the time or after divorce. In this con. I am to state that I have a 9-yr old son. Pl. advise me.

There is no hard and fast rule for payment of Compensaion or other expenses to the wife during the pendency of Divorce or after divorce regarding amount. The amount will be fixed as per income of the husband and demand of the wife. Salary holder person shall show his salary certificate for income status and 1/3 of the income will be fixed for maintenance in favour of wife. Regarding Son, you did not state here whether you are custodian of your son or not. However, at the age of your son, you can claim for custody of your son from the District Judge.
Q: Can a working woman claim maintenance for child if wife is working ?
My question is 1. I am not working now and I am searching job. So. will I get baby support from.him as he is earning pretty good.. (40 lacs per annum) . 2. Can I ask. him to pay one time for baby's education purpose ?? 3. Can I ask him to buy a decent 2bhk flat for me and the baby? I don't need any alimony for me as I will do job. But why would the boy suffer??, can working wife claim maintenance for child ?

Answer No.1 as you say that presently you are not a working lady therefore, both of you and your baby are entitle to get maintenance from your husband. 2 One time settlement will be raise when the Divorce Suit is pending for disposal with Mutual Consent, otherwise, why he spend such amount in one time and why Court can grant this, only you can get Expenses and maintenance for your baby but not a large amount for his life from his father. 3 you can ask for Residence under DV Act.

My dear Friend. You know about the Answer of your questions. All things are illegal, and accordingly codified in every country. Each and Every Country impose punishment for it, but we the people always violate the Law, drink alcohol in open place, etc., where it is strictly prohibited. If we the citizen did not weak up, then how the law can implement ? Therefore, Awareness is necessary.But I think Law require to be strict enough. If against the offender Capital Punishment will impose and fine will impose at least 30 to 40 times then the Law breaker should reduce their speed. But to stop this, Mass aggression is highly needed. On the other hand, the Govt. can collect revenue maximum from alcohol, then how Govt. can impose strictly regulations against it.

as per Norms you shall pay On the 1st ten thousand rupees--------- 3% (10,000/-= Rs.300/-) On the next forty Thousand rupees ------------ 4% (40,000/-= 1600/-) On next fifty thousand rupees ------------ 5% (in your case 70,000/- -- 10,000/- + 40,000/- i.e., remains 20,000/- ----- 5% (20,000/- = 1000/-). In total 10,000/-= 300/-; 40,000/-=1600; 20,000/- = 1000/- i.e., Rs.2900/- will be charged as Stamp Duty.

My husband didn't submit written statement in domestic violence case. and he did not appear for hearing .court gave time .now next hearing i will get maintenance or not ,and till now no order s passed.

If the Court gave time or did not fixed for Experty hearing, then Hearing did not fixed then the question of order for Maintenance does not arise at all. At first he submit W/S, if he fails, then it will fixed for Experty Hearing. After hearing from the side of Petitioner, Ld. Court will pass order as experty.
