void marriage declaration needed from family court

relates to an earlier marriage in 2015 arya samaj mandirngirls converted to hinduism from muslim. but never stayed together. after dissolved by mutual agreement. nnnow i want to get the declaration of null marriage from competent court on ground conversion for only marriage and no bonafide conversion. nneither in ghaziabad/ lucknow courtnplease assist.
