I am facing abuse from my father.i want to leave him.

03-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My father is emotionally abusive and I am on the brink of killing myself. Even though I told him of my suicidal thoughts he said to stop the negative thought and start thinking positive. At first I thought it was denial but even though I said this a lot many times he has continued gaslighting me. He has called me names, beaten me till I fell semi conscious and then poured water on me. I also got lot of seizures due to my depression.for that he stopped talking to me for 2 years. Surprisingly my seizures did get well. Still he used to call up his relatives and even my mom's relatives to tell them how my mother manipulated me because of which we r are not speaking. He would always bad mouth me, my mom and my sister and even though our family's income is more than 25lac in papers my father has never spent on his children and made my mom pay for all the education.

ap apni mother se kahe ke vo apke father ke against sabse pahle ek mahila thane mai harresement or physically torture ke liye ek f. i. r karaye phir ap apni mother se divorce petition file karaye saath hi 125 and d. v ka case file kare phir unki property mai share ke liye bhi ap suit file kar sakte hai kyuki apke father apko property se nikal sakte hai lekin apki mother ka legal Right hai unki property mai half share lene ko ap turant action le

In such a case you and your siblings who have still not attained the age of 18 years may file maintenance under section 125 CrPC . your mother can also file for maintenance under section 125 CrPC which shall be fixed in consideration of your father's income and your mother's standard of living.
you may seek your share from the ancestral property in case you belong to hindu religion. you may keep your physical and emotional distance from him.
This is a general advice based on the limited facts set out by you in this post.
regards
