Q: Issue in attestation form filing in government exams

Sir, I m student 4 yrs back my neighbour filed an f.i.r against my whole family including me in small dispute. But in f.i.r my pet name was written.( not name written in marksheet/ aadhar). After investigation police not included my name in chargesheet. Police write that he was not involved but they forget to correct my name. In govt job application they ask "Whether any f.i.r. was registered against you ever ?" what should I fill ? Yes /no. If yes then ask f.i.r copy & my original name not

Q: Criminal case listing in lucknow high court

My father has murdered in 1994 , and district court punished for whole life imprisonment in 2001, but case pending in lucknow high court ,How case disposed as soon ?

Advocate Pawan Bisht answered
Engage a better counsel which would speed up by listing your father’s case otherwise cases in high courts end up pending for more than 20 years hence go for result oriented counsel and yes these counsels are not cheap

Nobody can evict your mother from her house first file for maintenance and then domestic violence which would hell you to get legal permission to reside if you want possession of your house try to file civil suit for possession of your father house

Q: Arresting process under CRPC section 498-A and 308

Dear Sir,nI am a Hindu and I want to know that In how many days the police have arrested the accused under the IPC sec. 498A and 308 along with the Dowery Protection act sec 3 and 4.> Is the police can arrest the accused directly after FIR? n> What is the process of arresting in the below sections?nnIn our case, Police have regd the FIR I.P.C. U/S 498A, 323, 342, 406, 504, 506, 308 and D.P.A. 1961 sec. 3 and 4 but police have still not arrested any accused person after spending 18 days.Kindly tell me the latest law and judgment for the above sections.Thank you so much in advance.

Advocate Pawan Bisht answered
First of all you will be only arrested after filing charge sheet before the court thereafter and kindly file restitution suit before family court so that it may act as a defence for you by the way all these judgments are useless for you because judgements can be used only before honble court not before police at the time of arrest

I am practisener at lucknow high court i can help you out in dealing with FIR filed under section 498A you need not to go for bail or any sort of legal proceedings at lower courts in my opinion you should just file a FIR quashing at high court your case will be referred to mediation centre where you will may have chance to sort out in the presence of mediator till then you proceeding will be stayed at lower court and in most of the cases matrimonial nature case are solved in mediation at high court feel free to contact me
