How can a unmarried man live with a married woman?

Recently Adultery ; has been amended now it's not a crime to live with a wife of another men ; if the relationship is consensual ; further there are other conditions also which depends upon case to case ; as far marriage is concern for that you have to contact ; as its required court procedure !

Hello, As per recent judgment of hon'ble Supreme Court of India the offence of adultory has been abolished. Now adultory can only be used for the ground of divorce. So after this judgment of Supreme Court an unmarried person can live with the wife of another person in living relationship. But if he wants to marriage with this lady then lady should take a decree of divorce from her husband first . if you need any further information please feel free to contact me
