If first wife is living separately without giving divorce. Then can married man stay in living in relationship with unmarried girl .
Is it crime or punishable offence? And what will be punishment in worst case?

there is no punishment for extra marital affair you can only use this thing for getting divorce and monthly maintenance from your husbanf and also living in a live in realtionship is not an offence anyomore now

hon. supream court says in his one judgment that it's not crime to live in relationship with women with her wish now no wife can file criminal case for that so it's clear that no man is liable for criminal case for live in relation but it's an ground for divorce and also amount to mental cruelty so wife can file dv and divorce case agents husband
