Yeah you can live without divorce but be aware of other spouse find you or got any evidence regarding cheating/ illicit relationship then the spouse can obtain divorce on that ground and the outhe spouse also not entitled for maintenance #

No till the time you do not get divorce, it is legally not permissible to be in live in relation. This amounts to adultery and you can be in trouble. If your GF filed for mutual divorce then you must wait for the second motion to finish or else she can also apply to waive off the cooling period prescribed under mutual divorce.

You can live with your gf …if u both are major ! This will help your gf husband to prove adultary for his divorce ! Live in relationship isn’t a crime ….however think twice before taking any step ….b in touch ..
