Hi, we have gone through the details you have submitted, if you are going for a mutual consent divorce, you can fill for a petition under mutual consent before the court, and all the receivables can be exchanged and recorded before the court for safety, usually it will take 3 to 8 months to get the order from court. if any urgency you can get the divorce in short period of time by explaining the urgency

Hi
you may proceed with a mutual divorce if both of you are in consensus. we can help you understand the procedure involved in a mutual divorce. There are certain nuances involved with the return of gold and silver, and while you are willing to do the same, it's best done keeping in mind the legal procedures. also under what act is your marriage registered?

Dear Sir,

After mutual divorce decree you need not worry anything about return of her gold and silver items. If you are honest then return the same under acknowledgment to avoid future complications. In the mutual divorce it might have been mentioned that you are not liable anything to her and vice versa.

If both of you decided not to stay together and discontinue this legally wedded marriage then you can approach any good professional lawyer to settle out your matter. Before going for the divorce through mutual you both party need to settle your all matter out of the court and what is the belongings what is the permanent alimony whatever the if kid is there what will be the future of that kid with whom that kid will be staying and maintenance matter all will be decided before the court and then we can produce before the court and court will grant the mutual divorce and that mutual agreement if your wife is asking the jewellery before that then you should I want to give it out of the court because matter will be decided out of the court and all matter which is decided will be written in the agreement and then only it will be written before the court .

you , your family and she and her family or both of you meet each or thoroughly mediator try to have communication, and decide about how much the gold and silver was given , how much you and your family had given, you also have to decide about permanent alimony depending upon the facts, whether she is working , your income etc, when both reach an understanding in respect of all these things a mutual consent divorce has to be filed, in which all the things agreed between will be mentioned, and thereafter the Advocate will guide you in court as per law and divorce will be granted. in mutual consent divorce both should reach an understanding in respect of everything relating to your marriage. for more details you can contact me.
