My youngest daughter-in-law has physically abused me, treated me like a slave, and pressured me and my husband to leave the house. She demands the property be transferred to my son's name and is threatening to file a 498A case and divorce him. She has left the house and is pressuring my son to stay with her. But your son don’t want to leaves you as well. In this situation it advised that approach local police when she physically abusing you and file complaint against her for harassment and threats under. File domestic violence case againt her.

In the case of your husband is not accepting you and your child not keeping with him and also wiring to give the maintenance and then you can file restitution of conjugal right for asking your right as a wife and also you can file maintenance case for your child and yourself after marriage his husband is not winning to fulfil his obligations as a husband and father then this amounts to equality on wife and child born out of that marriage then you can go for domestic violence case as well

Hi,My PANCARD display name: XYZ A P (XYZ is my actual name and A and P are initials. All in capital letters). PANCARD database: ABC PQR XYZ (Initials A and P are expanded. ABC is my village name and PQR is my father name) My Aadhar card name: A P Xyz. ( I think Aadhar considers surname at the beginning. I'm not sure.). My passport: First name: XYZ, Surname: ABC PQR -- This is the correct. Marks card & few property docs have "XYZ A P" and few "A P XYZ". Sould I correct Aadhar or PANCARD name?
