Q: Warrant has been issued for the theft case in which I am witness

2 year back, someone stole my money from the university hostel. I registered FIR with local police station and they found an person and I got some part of the money back with the help of court. Now police station has filled a case and hearing is ongoing. I have moved to Germany for my further research and studies. I recently came to know that court issued bailable warrant against me.
