Q: Ex Company Client Suit Case On Previous Company

Respected Advisor; Last year I resigned from an IT firm with the complete procedure and has received complete FNF and other documents. In that company I was working as a project manager position, managing the big IT software for multiple clients. I was responsible for the payment/advance payment, client communication and managing the project. Now one of my clients has filled a case/recovery case against the previous company, mentioning my name as I was the main POC and that client is claiming refund from the company for not completing the projects or bad quality of work. So I really need your help do I need to worry seriously or not. And does it affect my current employment or not? Thanks in advance

Q: Property still under the name of old owners

In the year 2000, my parents bought two sets of land in Ramasandra Village, Kengeri hobli. We have the sale deed for the same. After a some time it was said that some Don had taken over the land and it\'s disputed property now. As my parents were not here, they weren\'t able to do anything about it. I went and checked dishank app out of curiosity to find out that the property is still under the name of the original owners. We have sale deed proving that it was sold. Can this sale deed be registered and the ownership be transferred?

Q: Building house in undevided property without consent

My husbands father had inherited ancestral property of 6 acres agricultural land. My husband expired 11 years back and i am having 2 major children. My in laws are also no more. My hysband has 2 brothers and 3 sisters. All 5 being united kept us apart and enjoying its outcomes. Even though in RTC our names are there without getting our consent my husbands brother is constructing the house very near to my husbands tomb which is very holy spot to me. I fear in future he may destroy it as one wont prefer the tomb near to house. He may even not permit me to visit the tomb. What can i do now? I am far away from that land as i am now residing with my son. I once even tried to get my share of property but it ended in terrible verbal fight as my husbands brother is very cruel person. Further he started anti propaganda against us. It being a very small village mostly all are in his touch, so we who are earning our bread in city remained away being busy in our life. What is the way now to me?

Q: Account freezes from last 10 months but till now not removed yet.

I have received a notice by police inspector cybercrime police station notice 41(a) of code of criminal procedure Bengaluru district ( crime number 02/2022 U/S 66(d) IT act 2000 & 406,409,420 IPC) in August 2022 and he said to me present in person for further investigation. I have provide the all documents to Bandhan Bank Branch Manager which is need for that investigation by me but my account freeze not removed and I also the mail and call to cyber crime Bengaluru to know my full details but also this side no support to me. I want to know the how to solve this issue kindly help me because my account freeze from past 10 months.
