Can we reopen divorce case filed by me which is disposed uncontested

I have filed divorce against by wife under cruelty and have high court direction to close the case within 6 months..so judge in the subcourt put hearings on everyday and hurry up the case.but last week unfortunately i didn't appear the hearing,..so the case disposed uncontested with no costs and dismissed too....ow can I reopen the same with same stage of case ? And how to reopen the case?

Yes of course, you can reopen the case filed by you and which was dismissed for default. You need to file that petition to reopen within thirty days of the dismissal order. Normally your petition will be allowed and the case will proceed from where it was left.
