In legal terms, "contested allowed" in a case refers to a specific outcome in court proceedings. Here's what it means:
- Contested Allowed Meaning: When a case is labeled as "contested allowed," it signifies that the case has been the subject of dispute, with both the petitioner and respondent actively participating in the legal proceedings. In such cases, the court has reviewed the arguments and evidence presented by both sides and has made a decision or issued an order based on these arguments.
- Nature of Disposal: The term "nature of disposal" further elaborates that the case has been resolved or disposed of after a full hearing where both parties presented their positions, and the court has granted a judgment or order accordingly.
- Contested Allowed in Court: This phrase specifically relates to cases heard in a court of law, indicating that the court has allowed or approved certain claims or requests made by one of the parties involved.
- Case Disposed: The term "case disposed" means that the legal proceedings in the case have concluded, and a final judgment or order has been issued by the court. However, it's important to note that the case being disposed of does not necessarily imply that the case has been quashed; it simply means that the legal process has reached a conclusion.
