Is ration card an mandatory document for surety in pune. What is the alternative document that can be furnished instead of ration card. Please advice this is in regards to 498a case
Well, other than Ration Card, you can show to the Court any other ID Proof. Best is to show and submit Aadhar Card which in itself is ID Proof as well as the Address Proof of a person producing himself as Surety.
