Surety Bond (FD) Withdraw in Section 138 NI ACT case

I have submitted my surety bond in the form of FD for my brother in Section 138 Ni ACT now that case is mutually settled and paid off. How can I get my FD back from the court as the case is now settled. Please If anyone provide information

For that you need to make an application in the court regarding the release of the FD or any other documents that was given by you as a surety. You will be given your originals and the court may take the photocopy of the same.

You need to move an application before the concerned court for release of the FD submitted by you as surety for your brother. Thereafter the application will be listed before the Judge and orders for release will be passed.

You need to move application in the same court for the release of your FD etc with the judgment order …u need to hire an advocate for the same …this is the only procedure if the case has been settled …b in touch
