I got married in 2009 from UP my wife filed 498a,406,323,504,506,3/4 DV & crpc 125. Where I took stay on arrest for my parents from Allahabad in2016. After the court mediation I brought my wife back in 2017. I am living away from my parents since 2015 nevertheless she added my all family members name. Since when I have brought her back she is troubling me so much as due these legal issues I lost my job in Feb 2018 and unable to get the job till Dec 2019. I borrowed the money from my parents, relatives and bank to manage these expenses but my wife doesn't understand my financial problem and always create scene to show me down. While she is teacher earning around 10k but doesn't spent money whenever required for any need she spent money to buy her and kids cloths only. Neither spent for kids education and household expenses. Is it only husband's duty to bring the money anywhere I have not spent a single rupee on me after marriage but doesn't undstnd. Suggest what should I do now

You can file for divorce and get separated from your wife.
For moving forward with any advice we need to assess the status of the case filed by your wife and what happened in the mediation proceedings!!
Without going through the file the option which seems available to you in the first instance is to file for divorce/separation.

Hello greetings,
Matrimonial matters are the matters of delicate human and emotional relationship, it demands mutual respect, love, trust and affection. But if there is a consistent course of conduct inflicting immeasurable mental agony and torture it may well constitute cruelty which can be a sufficient ground to file a petition for divorce. Mental cruelty may consist of verbal abuses and insults by using filthy and abusive language leading to constant disturbance of mental peace. Moreover a husband can also file a divorce petition against his wife if she refused to share a home with her in-laws. For further enquiry feel free to contact me.
