DV case filed after husband filed divorce on cruelty.

My husband has filed for divorce on cruelty.I dont want divorce.Firstly he made MOU that we will live separate and after 6 months if nothing changed we will go for mutual divorce.I signed those papers thinking may be things will get fine.He will understand value of relation.But within 3 months he filed divorce on cruelty.I left home in Oct & he filed divorce in Dec.Due to Covid situation court dates are getting postponed.We have not attended any hearing yet.Now in July I filed DV case against him as I was thrown out of matrimonial home without any mistake.He took step of divorce bcz I found his extramarital affair.We had some problems bcz of In-laws.But I still think we can work out on our relation.He is just good Man who did some bad things.What you advice to do further as I dont want divorce.Pls advice.We are married for 3 years with no kid.
In your case you can demand conciliation in Domestic violence case and try your best to amicably settle the matter. Even if he is not ready then have conciliation in divorce Petition. you have good case so you can contest and say no to divorce at any cost.

In short relationship between both became strenous. although your stands of not get the divorce. if you thinks so then stand firmly? Your husband have to prove the cruelty and you have to prove his extramaritial relation. if your cruelty is not proved by your husband divorced case will dismissed.
