MULTIPLE CASE LODGED FOR SAME MODUS OPERANDI CASES

I AM X PRESENTLY IN JAIL, HAVING SEVERAL CASES IN UTTARPRADESH WITH SAME TYPE OF IPC SECTIONS I.E. CHEATING. JAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED WARRANT IN THE YEAR 2018-19, BUT IN SOME CASES STILL NOT PRODUCED BY THE JAIL DUE TO CASES ARE PENDING IN LOCAL COURTS ALSO. SOME COURTS ARE NOT READY TO PRODUCE THROUGH VC. AS PER THE COURT THE FIRST PRODUCTION SHOULD BE IN PHYSICAL MODE. IT IS VERY MUCH PAINFULL THAT I AM IN CUSTODY. I HAVE NO RIGHT TO TAKE ANY DECISION. ALREADY I SPENT NEAR ABOUT 7 YEA

first of all I will suggest you that Club all your cases and pray to the unable Court High Court to prosecute all cook cases in a single district and the case in which you have appeared physically should go under trial and I think the cases are not very serious I am surprise you are within the bar for more than 7 years you can get a bill and you can come out from the jail

you need to file Bail in each and every case that has been filed against you by multiple cases. since you are languishing in jail for more than 7 years there are high chance of getting bail from the lower court. after getting the bail you may be released.
