A guy fooled me. He left me after a physical relationship. Can i file a complaint against him and what are the consequences. Is it necessary for the family get involved
You can file a rape case against him under 376 IPC. The trial will take a long time and he will be behind bars immediately & will only be able to take bail if he proves that physical relationship was consensual without any promise of marriage.
