After all He was very clever so slowly first off all HE WAS taken power off attorney someone land lord. Total property land lord are 7.but after sometime He was purchased Co sharers property. Some land lord are not sell to property. While I'm a tenant since 1983.and run my business there are. And after few years I giving the chance purchase this property. So. I'm buying 2 Co sharers. But first party. He was put presumption case against me because there was saying to agreement to purchase this property had. But land lord revoked letter sent to promoter. Q: Getting death threats from cousin reg.

Hi, there!I hope this message finds you well.From couple of months I and my family are getting many death threats from two cousins which is initiated by his mother(Very dangerous lady as she always manipulate her own two sons not only that instead of teaching good things to her own grandchildren, she teaches how to makes damages to me,my family and my house ).We don't know why she do that but I can probe it might be due to the property but legally they are not heir of my grandmother's property as my uncle died before our grandmother but still we have allowed them to make home but they believe in expansionism like China. Once, before I was going to lodge an FIR but ruled out it because of they are my cousin and to keep social balance.But now it becomes more and more dangerous because we even do not want talk to them but their mother infuses them in wrong direction and sometimes she verbally bully my mother also as my mother is very emotional and can't bear those verbal bully.

Q: Neighbour has put a grill on my door

We have a door from our house which opens towards my neighbour's house. This door is like a back door and my neighbour has blocked this door from his side by putting up a grill so that we cannot come out using that door which opens into his house.They also keep on harassing my old parents with nasty comments and hurt my pet cats as well on purpose.What actions can I take in this matter?

Q: Two different case for same cause of action

I have two criminal pending cases for same same cause of action.It was a job placent related fraud case.Both case started on 2015 September in Baruipur and Bidhannagar court.Ipc are-420,468,120b,469,470. Complaint filed by same person for same same cause of action in two different P.S.All case partners are bailed out.Chargeshert filed on 2017.But 1 accused absconded.Trial not yet started.Is It possible to merge this two case one court.Case first started in Baruipur.Is it possible to bring this two case together in Baruipur.Kindly advice proper legal remedy and approx time with cost.Thank you.
