Spa raid charges are applicable for past customers also?

Respected Sirs,
In past my friend visited a spa(for first time) for a normal body massage but during the massage the female therapist somehow got him into a sexual favour(no sex happened) for a minimal amount.My friend doesn't know if cctv was inside spa room or not.In future if spa gets raided,can my friend be called for interrogation as "past customer" and not "customer during the raid"?if yes,can he let off by the police with some fine(penalty amount) considering first time offence?

Yes, your friend may be let off if he pays small amount of fine and police may warn him not to indulge in such activities in future. If your friend is arrogant with Police then they will file a case not to make such incidents public and not to put on public platforms.
