Hello, My mobile phone was fallen down from the height of approx 20 feet above and dameged totally while operating the ph on a metro station and my device was insured from syska gadget secure about the accident i have told all whole story how it was happend after all that they give me a massage ur claim has not eligible for our criteria just bcz of in my story i hv mentioned the ph was suddenly slip out from my hand but behind of that i did not tell them the group came out from the metro shouted beside me and after the shout i was suddenly shocked and ph was slipped from the hand and came down to earth from 20ft above metro station.
Hi you have a right to sue the insurance agency for not honoring your claim and if you should file your claim in due course with them as per instructions. If they do not reply then file a consumer case against them.
You can also directly issue a legal notice to them mentioning all facts that the ph was suddenly slip out from my hand whilst a crowd coming out from the metro shouted beside you and after the shout you were suddenly shocked and ph was slipped from your hands and came down to earth from 20ft above metro station.
