Letter from mumbai police for enquiry

I recieved letter from mumbai police for information regarding private complain filed against me under 202 sec in court mumbai 40th magistrate.what i need to do,?they want me to come to mumbai for statement and i cannot go as i am lady and can only go with my husband when he is free from shop. So what i have to do now?

The magistrate has to examine thoroughly the complaint and the documents produced before issuing process under section 202 .Held by the Bombay High court in Bansilal Kabra vs Global Finance Ltd specially if the accused is residing outside the jurisdiction .The complaint can be filled for harassment by the complainant.
