My 10 years daughter has been sexually assaulted

I have given fir in police in which he has been registered in 354,506 and posco 8&12, now is he bailable. Since it's not been first time he has sexually abused me also ,stalked many times my husband had fought and warned him also

offences under POCSO are non-bailable. You have done correct step by registering an FIR in the case.
