Remedy open to an old aged man if Wrongful FIR u/s 354 of IPC filed

Sir A 57 aged Man who is living in an old age home as he is totally alone in this world. The working aged women who take care of them eg. serving food, water , medicines etc. if file any false case u/s 354 of IPC, what will be the remedy open to the aged man ? And if a man who is totally alone, how will he arrange a good lawyer under such circumstance . Sir it may noted here that the home is fully under cc camera coverage EXCEPT the rooms. Please advise. Regards

Hello, If you are anticipating that a situation might arise, immediately report the situation to the local police station and take precautionary steps. This will provide you the benefit of doubt if a situation occurs. Cctvs will also come in handy. Regards
