FALSE ALLEGATIONS n FIR REGISTERED

A fir registered under 509 against my father which is obviously false!! So I really wanna know what happened after the fir registered??

when the fir is registered and where it is registered. is there only one section which has been registered in the fir or there are many. so you have to first give complete happening and information regarding that

If FIR is registered totally false against your father,you need to take anticipatory bail from the session court ,then file quashing application in the high court , the High court considering the facts will be quashed,then you can file the case against them for compensation

You need to appear before the Investigating Officer with regard to the enquiry to be conducted for the said complaint. Do seek a detailed legal Consultation from a lawyer having expertise in criminal laws. It is advisable to appear alongwith your counsel before the IO and also in the Court

after the FIR is registered the police will investigate this case and submit the chart sheet after investigation which is usually after 2 or 3 months after that the trial will start and you have to appear in the court to prove your innocence native if there is any settlement arrived it then you can go for cancellation of FIR

section 509 is bailable offence so jail ya custody ki tention mt lena... after registration of FIR Police files chargesheet than after chargesheet court dates will start.... koi jayda bda case nhi hai agar apke father shab ke pass koi acha evidence hai toh direct high court ja skte for queshing of FIR.. nhi toh court dates par aana hoga.. contact us for more free legal advice
