A Man stalking and sending abusive messages. What actions to take?

Sir.. One day a message came on my phone when i was17 yrs old that I should nt walk on roads alone as the area is nt safe.. Then i asked him his identity.. He was familiar to my father.. I started talking to him in frndly manner and exchanged healthy jokes.. Then i thought i am wasting my time.. I should focus on studies.. So i stopped talking to him.. After that he started abusing and my family and gave threatening messages. Came on my terrace fully drunk.. Plz help me
Firstly file an fir u/s 154 crpc before your concerned police station against the person who is harassing/abusing and threatening you and your family members. The person who has threatened you has committed an offence u/s 294/354(d)/506 ipc and 66 A of I.t.act. So approach ur nearest police station as early as possible.
