I caught in massage center by police

I had been caught in massage center by police ,the police enquiryed me and they put the complainant against the owner and the complainant was given by me. My question is there this create any problem for me and how to respond to lawyer questions in court? .this makes me to commit suicide pls help me ..
since it might be government approved massage centre , u won't be liable for consequences. provided u shouldn't not caught while having sex over there.. if it so they will book charges against you..

u r not gona be punished any how when u r the complainant.
