Hello,

The fee can be any amount agreed between the lawyer and the client .
As the matter have been settled between the parties,
You can approach Hon’ble High Court for quashing the FIR registered under section 420,120b IPC …

fee is a subject which is a matter between client and advocate. As such there is no price index relating to advocate fee. fee depend upon the discretion of a lawyer and also experience, caliber of an advocate. considering the expenses involved the quoted amount is too meager and almost free.

Actually quashing is only done through High Court and that’s why the fees for quashing is quite expensive. My charges starts with 30000. So you need to increase your budget because at 25000 it will become difficult for efficient quashing. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi
In case your case has already been disposed. There is no need to get the FIR quashed. In case it is settled / compounded then you don’t need to get the FIR quashed. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

The fees are usually between Rupees 50K and 1.5K. There are enough facts and evidence to show that the accusation does not constitute an offense against the accused.
