Hi In case your case has already been disposed. There is no need to get the FIR quashed. In case it is settled / compounded then you don’t need to get the FIR quashed. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

Yes, quashing is possible under ₹25,000. Quashing petitions are filed in the High Court, and it is at the discretion of the Hon’ble High Court whether to allow or dismiss the petition based on valid legal grounds. If you need to proceed, you can get a quash petition filed for fees below ₹25,000.

My divorce case status is showing an order and mentions the next hearing date, but my lawyer says she didn't get any update about the next hearing date. I am so confused about what case status order means and what if that date will be the next hearing date. Please tell me what it means when case status is order and what case stage order means.

case status order means that the hearing has taken place and the hon'ble court has reserved the case for passing its order in the matter therfore it shows status as order such as Miscellaneous Appearance, PE, Cross Argument etc..

You can file divorce case straightaway if you dont wish to live with her. Suppose you go through the trial of all these cases which are presently going on between all of you and you come out clean then you can get divorce on the basis of cruelty as she labelled false allegation not only against you but your entire family.

Thus case of your friend seems to be matrimonial disputes. In matrimonial relation, if any dispute arises between husband and wife then multiple cases are filed in the judicial courts where courts decide the dispute. Wife can file more cases than her husband. Wife may seek maintenance from her husband, Domestic violence, Criminal case of Cruelty, divorce petition etc.

Your case pertains to service matters, In India there are various laws pertaining to employment and service for example, Central Administrative Tribunal i. e. CAT, Labour Commissioner, Tribunals, civil suit for injunction, recovery etc. may be initiated against an employer. Legal Notice may also be issued before initiating any litigation againt the employer.
