No. the date of birth is ascertained on the basis of hospital records and municipal records which are maintained on the basis of information provided st the time of birth of a child. so if record are in consonance and if there is no discrepancy then the date of birth of person cannot be extended or altered or modified.

fee is a subject which is a matter between client and advocate. As such there is no price index relating to advocate fee. fee depend upon the discretion of a lawyer and also experience, caliber of an advocate. considering the expenses involved the quoted amount is too meager and almost free.

the act on part of school is illegal. school cannot retain the mobile and is bound to return. you can file complaint with police against erring teacher and school administration. you are entitled to phone.

Later, they messaged me from a different number, +91 72788 94719, on WhatsApp, sharing a screenshot of our chat. The girl I messaged was +91 7797241588. Please advise if I should report this to Cybercrime or ignore it as a spam call. I'm confused about what to do since chatting with a call girl is a crime.

calling a call girl is not a crime. even chatting with a call girl is also not a crime till the chatting is within limit and girl donot object or oppose. The call may be a spam to blackmail you in order to extract the money. donot get trapped. Report the matter to police. The given numbers seem to be from Andhara Pradesh and Chennai. check on true caller.

legal notice is merely a final call and intimation to other party informing the dispute, claim or demand and inituatio of legal proceedings if erring party donot comply with notice. As such law does not suggest issuance of notice especially provided, though it is in practice, not it is mandatory to give reply of notice. you can set up your case in main case while filing your reply or counter.
