Q: Is telepathy legal and recognized under the law?

Is telepathy legal and applicable in law? Can a court use telepathy (mind reading) performed by a telepathist to file a case against someone based on a telepathic report presented to the court? Can a court order a mind reading of a person by a telepathist? I am being harassed by a telepathist 24 hours a day. He claims to have the right of telepathy and threatens to present my mind report in court. Is this legal? What should I do? I feel completely helpless. Are there any laws that grant telepathists the right to conduct mind reading?

Advocate Nadeem Sheikh answered
No. It is not taken as a place of evidence. And if any talepathist is torture you. You can file the complaint against him. And if police not file ur complain than file the private complaint in court.
