Iam facing PCR case in bengluru.Now case status and order as belownCase status - disposed contested convertednOrder-This case is converted in bulk as per the notification dated 01.07.2012. V ACMM, BengalurunPls explain about this order . what's its mean?nWhat I do now ?nThanks
Dear Sir,
PCR will be converted into criminal case and will be numbered as CC. One cannot know that whether PCR was dismissed or converted into CC unless copies of entire ordersheet is taken from the concerned Court. Better personally or through Advocate obtained certified copies of entire order sheet, copy of complaint, copy of sworn statement, copies of all exhibits, copy of vakalath and other Miscellaneous papers.
